PROFILE & HEALTH BENEFITS:

Peach gums is the resin from peach and Chinese wild peach trees, already solidified when it is found. As detailed in classical Chinese medical literature, its curative qualities include solving urinal infections, thirst-quenching and relieve stress.

PROCESSING METHOD:

(1) Soak peach gums in water overnight

(2) After softened and expanded, remove any visible black impurities (if any)

(3) Boil a pot of water and mix peach gums with soaked lotus seeds, white fungus, dried longans , red dates and honey rock sugar and boil in low heat for 45 minutes.

(4) Ready to be served
