1. Purchase above RM150 free delivery within West Malaysia. Purchase below RM150, minimum delivery fee within West Malaysia will be RM8 for purchase of goods below 1kg (additional RM3 for every subsequent 1kg of purchase). Delivery Fees for East Malaysia will be charged according to weight of purchase (minimum RM15 for purchase of goods below 1kg and an additional RM15 for every subsequent 1kg of purchase).
Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 2 – 5 working days from the date of shipment (Our daily shipment schedule is from Sunday to Thursday daily. No shipment on every Friday, Saturday or Terengganu state or national public holidays).
Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.
2. In the event of delay on the delivery, we would recommend for self-collection at the designation deporting branch of our delivery partner to avoid effects on the product quality. Affected customers may also contact our customer service representative for more info.

All of Aik Lee Dried Seafood’s products are free from preservatives or additives and may require refrigeration storage after unpacking (Please contact our Customer Service Representative for more info)(A) Dried Seafood Preservation: All dried seafood items, including anchovies, dried shrimps, dried squids &octopus, dried oysters, dried scallops, sea cucumbers, fish maw and other shellfish must be kept in the refrigerator. Sea cucumbers and fish maws must be kept in the freezer after soaking
(B) Seafood crackers and snacks preservation: No refrigeration required. Store in cooling location and avoid direct sunlight. Recommended to be consumed soon after unpacking. Please refer to the date of expiry info on the product packaging.
(C) Tonics& Herbs Preservation: Before unpacking, recommended for refrigeration storage for selected items, such as dried mushrooms, dried longans, wolfberries, red dates all the time. If unable to store in refrigerator, please keep in cooling locations and avoid direct sunlight. Suggest for refrigeration storage after product unpackaging.
