FISH MAW (YU PIU) SOAKING TIPS:
(1) Prepare a wok of water add in 1 spoonful of salt and heat up with high heat
(2) Upon boiling, put fish maws into wok and gently press fish maws with a spatula. Off fire when maws become soft. Cover wok and let the maws soak for 10 minutes
(3) Remove fish maws from the wok and rinse with running water until cooled
(4) Keep the maws in food bags and store in freezer or can be used immediately for cooking (cut into smaller pieces for cooking)
